Records Review and Radiology Analysis
Applying years of experience and knowledge, we thoroughly and efficiently evaluate medical records and radiology. Our systematic review of records and imagery often uncovers critical case details. In addition to our focus on quality and efficiency, we pay close attention to deadlines, coordinate with law office staff, and monitor workflows to prevent delays. In preparing our reports, we ensure that written conclusions are professional, articulate, convincing—and clearly understood.
We can provide telephone consultations with counsel at any point in the process when requested. We are readily available to provide vital insights and information to our clients. In multiple instances, we have discovered small, previously overlooked pieces of information that impacted case outcomes.
Deposition/Trial Testimony
Thorough preparation is a mandatory first step when anticipating testimony. Additionally, client communications and transparency are standard protocols.
Extensive experience with in-person testimony allows Dr. Snook to avoid common traps and calmly and convincingly explain and defend conclusions. With Dr. Snook, you will avoid typical witness concerns such as nervousness impeding the ability to present confident testimony or frustration when opposing counsel attempts to pick apart expert medical opinions. Dr. Snook is prepared with more than case details—he is ready for various verbal litigation strategies. You can be confident in Dr. Snook’s informative, logical, and resilient testimony whether at a deposition or in front of a jury.
Independent Medical Examination (IME)
With longstanding experience, we can evaluate and discern subtleties during an IME. Typically, our IMEs are combined with medical records and radiology analysis, allowing us to place our conclusions in the full context of the case.
Prior to the IME, we will ask the attorney to define the specific questions to be addressed in the examination. With integrity and honesty, Dr. Snook will provide his expert medical opinions—allowing the attorney to confidently determine next steps.
